Here is the description from their brochure of the stone carving class I teach at the Dublin Recreation Center. The current class ends in August and a new one will be starting in September.
Carving tools are provided. Bring safety glasses and wear old clothes.

Students learn the carving techniques necessary to create a dogwood flower
out of limestone. All tools are provided. Experienced students may work on
individual projects. Each student must bring safety glasses. A material fee of
$25 is due to the instructor at the first class.
